Cinco De Mayo

We invited some friends over for dinner and had a fun Cinco De Mayo fiesta last week. We made authentic mexican food, (or as authentic as we could get) and a festive cake. It was a lot of fun to decorate it together. We thought it turned out pretty cool.

I discovered your blog through Linda Easley's...It was so fun to read yours and see what you have been up to. I took a cake decorating class too, when my kids were younger. It was the best thing that I did. You are doing great! Your roses will get better with time! (Although I think that they look pretty good right now.) I got married, did you know that?!? You can check out my blog to see Don and all of our kids. It's great...and I love being married again. I work for him and love that too. Life is so good right now. I'm glad to see that the school is working out for you and Paul. Let's keep in touch, okay? Love you! RJ
